Defective or Damaged Products If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days with images of the product. We will be happy to send you a replacement order or give you a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the specified time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order's shipping times exceed our displayed timeline by 10 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Returns We do not accept returns for refunds. Our warranty only covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in effect so that we can continue to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Coolheatpro will confirm delivery to the specified address, provide the delivery date, tracking information and carrier shipping information for the customer to investigate.
